What are the responsibilities and job description for the SCHEDULER 1 position at QUIETFLEX MANUFACTURING CO LP?

Prepare daily reporting consisting of schedules, potential schedules, forecast predictions, and status updates. Communicate this information to all applicable department/production personnel.
Schedule daily production and maintain manufacturing orders for assigned department(s).
Create and maintain MAPICS manufacturing orders and prioritize accordingly.
Verify daily completions for accuracy.
Evaluate and analyze production progress and identifies possible risk to schedule. Recommend resolutions to mitigate project delays, as needed to each department.
Interact with other operations personnel for current and future customer demand. Communicate/Adhere with the top management and the workers on company policy and procedures.
Provide quick response regarding production issues.
Identify problems and help provide solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Follow all safety procedures/policies and 5-s to maintain clean organized work area.
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
Nature and Scope:
Complies with Company policies, work procedures and safety procedures
Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments
Work is closely supervised
Problems faced are not typically difficult nor complex
Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area
