The Role:
- Develop executional briefs with clear deliverables based on client’s project briefs.
- Partner with junior- and mid-level clients.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects.
- Manage internal communications to drive projects to completion with excellence.
- Arrange and attend client/agency or internal agency meetings as requested, and prepare follow-up reports.
- Maintain all related records and files, as needed by the Client Services department.
- Review creative work to ensure that it meets the highest standard possible, follows the creative brief or change order, and is on brand.
- Render assistance on special projects, and support other agency personnel during peak workloads.
- Involve appropriate agency resources when needed.
- Maintain and continually improve personal knowledge base.
- Handle pressure and stress without sacrificing quality.
- Keep track of all project estimates, budget, and billing.
- Maintain a working knowledge of agency administrative policies and processes.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- 5-7 years of Account experience at an agency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and accurate messages, effectively listening to others.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment and juggling multiple deliverables.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on a variety of projects, including (but not limited to) digital banners, landing pages, email and direct mail campaigns, social media, and video.
- Understanding of CRM/performance marketing.
- Working knowledge of Proof HQ and Figma platforms.
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Ability to take action on assigned projects without direction from others, anticipating and developing solutions.
- Self-motivated, with minimal direction.
- A strong interest in advertising and a motivation to build career skills and knowledge.
Salary : $75,000 - $88,000
