Quincy Credit Union is looking for a dedicated Retail Operations Manager to support our retail team and Chief Operating Officer in ensuring operational excellence across all retail branches. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational processes that enable efficient, effective member service while mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on retail operations and play a key role in cash management, system administration, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and modify retail delivery procedures to ensure efficient member service and manage risks effectively.
- Oversee all retail activities to ensure compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures. Conduct branch audits to manage and mitigate risks to the credit union.
- Assist members with complex transactions and sensitive issues. Provide guidance to retail staff on legal matters such as trusts, powers of attorney, and subpoenas.
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer on sensitive risk matters, conducting investigations and offering solutions. Collaborate with the Data Analytics department to generate retail reports and performance dashboards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, compliance, and cash management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support staff and assist members in complex situations.
