Your new role:
The client services clerk is an integral member of our firm, ensuring that our office runs smoothly. this fast-paced position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service and the ability to handle cash and card payments accurately. Our firm prides itself on a strong team culture, and we take the development of all staff members seriously. you must be a team player and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Facilitate hiring processes be the key to building our team by coordinating recruitment efforts and onboarding new talent.
- Handle fingerprinting and background checks: ensure our processes are secure and compliant, assisting with fingerprinting and related documentation.
- Manage signatures and documentation: play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our records through meticulous document handling.
- Process payments efficiently: keep our financial operations smooth by managing invoicing and payment processing with precision.
- Coordinate court-related translations: support our legal operations by organizing and ensuring the accuracy of vital court document translations.

Meet with clients and handle document drop off: be the friendly face that greets our clients, managing document exchanges and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service or related field required.
- Proficient with microsoft office and adobe acrobat
- Proficient bilingual spanish/english
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
- ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and changes in law.
- detailed oriented.
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure, ensuring professional and composed demeanor during challenging situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
