Quixote Studios is one of the nation’s premier film and Television studios that has expanded its business in the West Hollywood area and is now in need of a Human Resources Coordinator to join our People & Culture team! The administrative team member plays an integral part in curating the legendary service that our employees deserve and is part of the support team that promotes our mission to be the preeminent provider of products and services to the entertainment and advertising communities.

*Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator position will report to the VP, People & Culture and assist the HR Managers in the completion of daily tasks that are vital to the Human Resources department and directly impact the people and culture of the organization. The HR Coordinator must be a culture champion and promote our Core Values and Mission every single day.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following*:

Initiate pre-employment screening process
- Assist in program rollouts and tracking - new policy implementation, performance reviews, etc.
- Own the COVID reporting, tracing, and employee communication and guidance
- Maintain & update employee files in ADP
- Assist in on/off-boarding process
- Complete I-9 verifications for all new employees
- Answer internal and external HR-related questions and requests
- Assist in organizing employee events
- Coordinate appropriate training with HR & Safety Officers to assign necessary training to all employees.
- Project management and tracking
- Conduct audits and provide data and information for internal and external purposes
- Send employee communications as necessary
- Provide proactive solutions and make it easy for our employees to get information they need
- Apply current Federal/State/Local laws and policies when completing tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Perform routine support functions and duties as assigned (data entry, billing, copying, filing, etc)
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills*:
- *

- 3 years experience,working in Recruiting, Human Resources, or other related experience in meeting fast-paced client needs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and easily adapt to changing and competing priorities
- Must be a strong collaborator and communicator
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to empathize with and respect all people, both internal staff and external clients
- Act with integrity at all times and gain trust
- Maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Demonstrated proficiencies in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Must be able to travel to all locations as necessary (CA based locations and Nationwide)
Job Location: Sun Valley, CA & West Hollywood, CA with travel to other locations as necessary
