Opportunity:
Learning Leads develop and facilitate training programs. They also perform administrative tasks associated with learning documentation and provide feedback to the Learning Manager on compliance to policies, system related problems and timely resolutions.

The Learning Team is a critical partner for the Operations Team. We strategically align training and development programs with the fulfillment team to ensure we provide all new team members with the same high-level of training and experience to make them successful in their roles. We respond in real-time to emerging quality and production needs so our customers' orders are filled timely and accurately. The Learning Team is also a key partner with our Environmental Health & Safety team, as well as a valuable resource for our tenured team members' continued development.
Your Impact:
Conduct technical/functional training for all team member groups in the fulfilment center including, new hire, cross training and additional development programs as needed.
Design and produce job aids and training tools to simplify the training process. Develops and/or modifies curricula to meet the needs of each group within established expectations/guidelines
Work with the Learning Manager to develop, implement functional/technical training plan
Perform all administrative duties for training including preparation and printing of materials, collecting course evaluation data and updating the various tracking reports and filing of training documentation
Identify individual performance improvement opportunities, provide feedback to operational staff and consult with the Learning Manager to implement interventions
Conducts and provides performance improvement and quality observations.
What You Bring:
Ability to gauge learner comprehension and retention of new skills and behaviors
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be able to work independently to achieve desired results
Proficient time management skills
High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and education.
Ability to create and revise learning training tools such as job aids, presentations and assessment documents
