Job Posting for Office specialist at QVC
The Opportunity
As an Operations Support Specialist you will report directly to the Operations Services Supervisor and work Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm.
You will support incoming packages and freight, along with setting up for events at Studio Park (QVC corporate headquarters).
The position is based in West Chester, PA.
Your Impact :
You will receive incoming packages and freight and deliver to designated areas
You will set up events in conference rooms with furniture
You will verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments
You will provide support of the office services team
You will identify information against bills of lading
Work with a team of Specialists to achieve office goals
You will work independently and within a team
What You Bring :
High school diploma or the equivalent combination of training and experience
1 years work in an office environment
Driver's license required to drive company vehicle
Knowledge of postal or commercial shipping methods
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Drive a box truck
