The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of QVC Payment Marketing, the Specialist will accomplish QVC’s targeted and mass payment marketing campaigns.
This includes supporting daily creation of targeted and mass customer acquisition / lifecycle campaigns from planning stage through execution across multiple channels including digital, broadcast, email, direct mail, mobile, call center, and vendor communications (.
bank email channel, bank statement messaging, gift card vendor platform). You will also manage briefing, creation, and record of all creative assets, following procedures to deliver assets to internal / external partners within the timeline of the campaign.
Role is hybrid-remote and based in West Chester, PA.
Role is a 6 month temporary opportunity.

Your Impact
Support execution of cross-acceptance PLCC marketing across partner brands.
Support daily partnership with bank and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of payment marketing roadmap through curated marketing campaigns.
Research and monitor industry trends, innovations and marketing best practices including those in payments, credit cards, and mobile commerce.
Track and maintain campaign reporting / results and creative assets
Participate in monthly / quarterly performance reviews with internal / external team members to present marketing plan and results.
Participate in meetings with Synchrony Bank, Gift Card and AFOP partners to discuss Marketing plans, new products, resolve open issues and provide progress updates.
What You Bring
3 years experience providing approval for all elements of marketing campaigns.
3 years experiece launching marketing campaigns.
3 years experience providing feedback / recommendations related to mass and targeted marketing campaigns, programs, and performance
3 years experience integrating customer surveys, insights and campaign performance insights into future marketing plans and activities.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
