At our Duncan, SC location we are searching for a:

• Lead and supervise a team of cycle counters, assigning tasks and providing direction to ensure timely completion of inventory audits.
• Lead efforts when customer inventory loss impacts delivery and ensure timely resolution of inventory discrepency
• Develop and implement cycle counting procedures and schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage of inventory items.
• Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory items according to established schedules, utilizing appropriate counting methods and techniques.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, collaborating with warehouse personnel and other relevant departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize inventory management software and systems to record inventory counts, track discrepancies, and generate reports for management review.
• Train new cycle counters on inventory counting procedures, safety protocols, and use of equipment.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with inventory control policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards and regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure accurate inventory levels and support operational requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

Work experience requirements

• 2-4 years of material/production/customer planning experience
• 2-4 years of logistics experience
• 2-4 years of automotive experience
• 2-4 years of SAP experience
• 4-5 years of forklift experience
• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• HS Diploma required
