Reports To: Chief Experience Office, Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, Operations Lead, Clinic Manager, and Shift Lead
Position Level: 1
Summary of Position: R. Greenleaf’s Budtenders are the front line of customer service for the Organization’s clinic locations. A Budtender is responsible for providing excellent and compassionate customer service to the New Mexico Medical Cannabis Patients. It is the responsibility of those in the Budtender position to maintain both the clinic location itself, as well as the patient experience. To maintain the clinic location, duties of this position may include: cleaning, organizing, filing, and following all Company Policies. To maintain the patient experience, duties of this position may include: welcoming patients, verifying patient identification, creating/maintaining patient profiles, taking patient orders, processing payments, and patient education. Patient Hosts are also expected to adhere to HIPAA laws, be actively aware of their surroundings, and to work closely with Managers to complete the mission of R. Greenleaf.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable source of transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, but the Organization will make reasonable accommodations.
- Excellent cash handling skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities, including the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Intermediate math proficiency.
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check, as well as possession of a New Mexico Driver’s license.
