What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Hand / Groundskeeper position at R.J. & R Ranch?
R.J. & R Ranch is a small family farm/ranch located in Augusta Ks. We raise around 75 head of Angus Cattle and tend approximately 350 acres.
We are looking for a hard working farm hand to assist with daily chores and duties around the property. This will be a permanent Full-Time Position.
Duties will include:
- Mowing (Yard & Pasture).
- Building / Mending fence.
- Tending to Cattle
- General Upkeep and Maintenance
Skills required
- Skid Steer Operation
- Tractor Operation
- Cattle Experience
- Generally Mechanically Inclined individual *Basic Handyman skills*
Must be reliable and be able to pass a background screening.
Onsite housing is available if needed.
Health Insurance is optional if needed.
Pay will be based on experience and will be agreed on at the interview.
