Position Overview
R&R is excited to announce the opening of their new brokerage office in Broomfield, CO!
The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing Sales Executives for multiple offices around the country including Broomfield, CO, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, and Tampa, FL. Candidates will be considered in any of these locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively source sales candidates through various channels
- Screen candidates and conduct introductory interviews
- Follow up with candidates; promote and maintain the company's image throughout the interview process
- Participate in hiring events
- Maintain communication with the hiring managers to assess priorities
- Work closely with HR team to ensure legal compliance in each state
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in the transportation/logistics industry preferred, but not required
- Experience recruiting sales professionals preferred
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), CRMs
- Proficient with HRIS systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar online tools
