We are looking for a Full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at our Cross Creek - Waynesville location.
R Vet at Cross Creek is located in Waynesville and is surrounded by a variety of beautiful attractions, restaurants, and entertainment to suit any needs. It is also just 30 miles Southeast of the Lake of the Ozarks with a modest travel to Springfield or STL, making it convenient for enjoyable weekend activities of all sorts. We are also looking for someone who displays reliability, integrity, and adaptability as the practice is often busy and involves a lot of teamwork.
Responsibilities for this position include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling emails and faxes, entering data into practice software, preparing bank deposits, balancing cash drawer, maintaining cleanliness of waiting room, understanding value and communication of medical protocols (procedures, products, and protocols), collect/record samples dropped off by clients, preparing medical forms, gathering content for social media, and assisting veterinarians or technicians as needed. *Rotating Saturdays will be required for this position*
