R1 International (Americas) Inc. is a market leader in the value chain management of Natural Rubber. We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Manager overseeing our Richmond warehouse operations.

Warehouse Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with the company’s policies and culture of excellence
  • Supervise receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
  • Manage warehouse layout and ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
  • Manage inventory controls and reconcile inventory with the company’s inventory software system
  • Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees

Warehouse Manager requirements and qualifications

· Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager

· Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

· Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

· Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Hands on experience with warehouse management software and data

· Leadership skills and ability manage staff

· Strong decision making and problem solving skills

· Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
