RAB Lighting is growing rapidly and is seeking a Lighting Control Customer Support Representative. This remote-based position requires a detailed, action-oriented problem-solver to assist our customers throughout the entire lighting purchase cycle, from choosing appropriate products, installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Representatives communicate with customers through phone, email and chat in a fun and fast-paced environment.
