Store Manager
This is a Full Time position in Retail, paid weekly, with a strong management team that will build your Sales Skills, customer service skills and offer growth for Retail Management.
In this role, you'll provide the highest level of customer service, increase revenue and profit, and properly motivate and train coworkers. As part of your leadership, you'll set goals for store performance, customer satisfaction, and coworker development. You'll also be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate customer files, and maintaining financial records. Plus, handle all the interviewing and hiring. Of course, another important part of your role will be to help train and develop the Assistant Manager. Got all that? Good. Because right now, you're searching for a great job. - Two years of college and/or two years of retail sales or management experience
- Must have a valid state driver's license and a good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
