Race Auto Sales is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team in administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing sales documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales consultations and test drives.
- Follow up with leads and customers to provide information, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales office and showroom.
Skills
- Sales Experience. Auto Sales experience is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer requirements
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation package:
