What You’ll do:
- Scheduling, project coordinating, permit filing, job tracking, and invoice auditing
- Manage daily request for project doc review, amendment, and execution
- Interface with all levels of internal infrastructure across the organization
- Route agreements for signature and track signors completion
- Can work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and contractors
- Set project time frames and priorities based on project objectives and ongoing assignments
- Support OSP requests from various support groups
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong skills in managing client files, correspondence, communications, and strong follow through
- Experience with Excel, and AutoCAD, and Procore strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail, proactive, collaborative and flexible mindset is essential
- Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, SOWs, and service agreements a plus
