Job Description
RACEPARX is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and manage installations. The Installation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation of various Mini Go-kart race tracks and equipment setup. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with both team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Travel to various installation sites around North and South America
- Manage and supervise installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee the design and layout of Mini Go-kart race tracks for optimal performance
- Conduct equipment repairs and provide field service support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline installation processes and improve efficiency
- Provide training and guidance to installation team members
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls
Required skills and qualifications
- Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
- Proficient in equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience in the use of tools including power tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Valid Passport
- Bilingual
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management
- Experience with Electric Mini Go-karts and Go-Kart track operations
Compensation structure
- Annual base compensation plus commission pay structure
- Bonus opportunity
- Total yearly earnings from $45,000.00 to $65,000.00
