Installation Manager

Job Description

RACEPARX is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and manage installations. The Installation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation of various Mini Go-kart race tracks and equipment setup. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various installation sites around North and South America
• Manage and supervise installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with clients to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee the design and layout of Mini Go-kart race tracks for optimal performance
• Conduct equipment repairs and provide field service support as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline installation processes and improve efficiency
• Provide training and guidance to installation team members
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls

Required skills and qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
• Proficient in equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience in the use of tools including power tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Valid Passport
• Bilingual

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management
• Experience with Electric Mini Go-karts and Go-Kart track operations

Compensation structure

• Annual base compensation plus commission pay structure
• Bonus opportunity
• Total yearly earnings from $45,000.00 to $65,000.00
