Job Description:
The Sourcer is responsible for finding qualified candidates for assigned positions using a variety of tools. This individual builds a pipeline of qualified candidates for the Field Human Resources team. The Sourcer assists the Field Talent Acquisition Specialists with the recruitment and interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Sources talent through RaceTrac’s Applicant Tracking System; reads candidate applications and reaches out to potential qualified individuals to discuss their background and open roles.
- Reviews, screens, and maintains applications and resumes.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as appropriate.
- Tracks the status of candidates and responds with follow-up at the end of the recruiting process.
- Informs job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, schedules, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Actively sources on LinkedIn, really, and other forms of social media to build a pipeline of talent.
- Communicates with the Field Talent Acquisition Specialist or Field HR Business Partner regularly regarding staffing needs.
- Understands RaceTrac’s Core Values and Key Business Objectives; serves as the face of RaceTrac when initially contacting applicants.
- Provides project support and assists with process improvement initiatives for the Field Human Resources team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year College or University or equivalent experience
- Experience with MS Office Suite preferred
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Experience with souring and selecting talent in a retail environment preferred
- Proven understanding of Human Resources and Legal policies preferred
Salary : $59,300 - $75,000
