Description
The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading the Team for our automotive accessory retail Store. Also in charge of building Guest relationships and cultivating Guest satisfaction.
- Oversees the hiring, training, and development of Sales and Installation Teams.
- Establishes and monitors store work schedules and Team Member issues to effectively manage payroll and expenses.
- Responsible to make sure every Guest in the store receives outstanding service, finds a friendly environment and is communicated with properly and effectively so they become BUYERS and repeat Guests.
