Job Title: Onsite Motel Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily motel operations, including overseeing staff, guest services, property maintenance, and laundry service.

- Maintain property cleanliness and organize repairs/renovations when necessary.
- Prepare and manage budgets, optimizing revenue and controlling expenses for profitability.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel/motel management or hospitality experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills are essential.
- Knowledge of local hospitality regulations and safety standards preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hospitality certification or professional training is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities may be beneficial based on location and clientele.
