We are searching for a Compliance Manager to support the development and implementation of compliance programs for a growing list of solar energy portfolios.

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will work within the Compliance team to support the fulfillment of project management contracts across multiple solar portfolios. Responsibilities include:
- Main point of contact for clients.
- Attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance filings are completed on time and required documentation is stored correctly.
- Proficient at communicating complex compliance requirements to novice counterparties.
- Implement and track to completion remediation and process improvement activities to ensure all client expectations are meant.
- Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Complete annual and ongoing updates as needed.
- Provide excellent customer services and prioritize client needs.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles
- BS/MS in Business Administration, Energy Studies, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years work experience in NERC Compliance field
- 3-5 years actively managing/supporting NERC Generator Owner (GO) compliance program
- Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing
- Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards
- NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable
