- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels outbound calls, including inbound leads, emails, and social networking.
- Should have a proactive attitude to follow up through messages on LinkedIn, email, and over the call provided by the marketing team.
- Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our products/services to clients.
- You will work closely with the marketing team to schedule appointments for senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years in inside sales.
- Must have graduated in any stream; computer science and IT is preferable.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill is a must.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
