Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Zygo Director Human Resources to drive the talent acquisition, diversity, talent management and development strategies, attracting and retaining high potential salaried and direct labor candidates.
- Collaborate with management team to drive improvement, implement cultural change and improve employee experience.
- Utilize AMETEK standard processes and tools, including recruitment tools and software as well as developing innovative and modern sourcing strategies to attract and retain key talent across the organization.
- Collaborate with Zygo management team to facilitate succession planning, career planning, individual development planning, knowledge transfer plans and onboarding strategies.
- Develop formalized development and ongoing training plans.
- Resolve employee relations situations and coach managers to hold team members accountable and upgrade talent while respecting confidentiality.
- Participate in staff meetings and key stakeholder meetings, including KPI meetings, on a regular, ongoing basis; provide mentoring and coaching to management staff.
- Facilitate annual people processes to include compensation planning and performance management.
- Embrace appropriate change management and champion continuous improvement opportunities within the business.
Position Requirements: Ametek requires all new hires to be vaccinated Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources preferred) HR Certification a plus Experience in HR multi-national and/or matrix settings with multiple sites in a highly-technical manufacturing organization Proven business partnering experience Key Competencies:
