What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Manager position at Radisson Hotel Casa Grande?
Hello,
We are looking for individuals who are able to help in our Front Desk Agents & Back Office Admin's, taking on miscellaneous tasks.
Some duties will include:
- Answering/Making Phone calls
- Learning a reservations system
- Work alongside management with minor tasks.
- Helping with paperwork
- Limited accounting help
- Assisting Front Desk Agents during busy seasons.
- Responding to guest reviews using Medallia & Medallia Concierge.
Previous management experience preferred.
Hospitality experience a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
