We invite you to join our RadNet | Rolling Oaks Radiology team as a Medical Records Clerk. This full-time career opportunity has aMonday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm schedule,and is located at our outpatient practice in Thousand Oaks, CA. In this medical back office position you'll get to:
- Answer phones, kindly talk patients through the steps and answer their questions and concerns.
- Organize and prioritize requests for medical records, and route medical records appropriately based on patient's time of exam.
- Copy electronic medical records and images onto CDs.
- Provide courteous and professional service to attorneys, referring physicians, and patients requesting medical records.
- May cross-train and help in other departments as needed.
- Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:We're looking for dependable and professional candidates with at least 6 months of medical/radiology office work experience (or completed medical office training education/program), computer skills, a High School Diploma, and medical terminology knowledge. The ability to multi-task, excellent customer service skills, great communication skills, clean driving record (No SR-22, DUI or suspended license within the last 7 years), and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are also a must.
Pay rate: $16.50 - $17.00 / Per Hour
