A leading provider of cyber security and application delivery, Radware (RDWR) is looking for an Order Administration Specialist. The Order Admin will be responsible to administer sale order workflow and distribution, interacting with sales teams and customers to provide information, guidance, trouble-shooting and support.
Administer order workflow and interact with customers to provide information, guidance and trouble-shooting. In addition, the position will be responsible for all sales integration and work with the allocation team to ensure product availability and order release priority.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer purchase orders for the Americas region
- Responsible for all sales order integration.
- Collaborate with Sales team members on fulfillment schedules
- Communicate schedules to customers and sales reps
- Perform support functions regarding existing orders (delivery schedules, etc.)
- Interact with logistics and external warehouse to ensure smooth and accurate shipping of customer orders
- Communicate order discrepancies and issues as they arise
- Update and maintain existing and new customer master information in the company’s systems
- Collect, interpret, and analyze various types of logistics data including availability of product, reliability of transport and delivery, and other data related to product supply chain management, sourcing, and distribution.
- Maintains database(s) of logistics information.
Requirements:
- Understanding of sales operation cycles including: Customer Forecasting, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Allocations, Fulfillment and Billing
- Experience in Order Administration /Entry
- Extensive knowledge of shipping and distribution channels.
- Oracle experience is an advantage
- Experience working in a high tech industry is a plus
- Microsoft Excel experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced industry
- Detail oriented, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to partner and communicate within all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Empathy for the customer situation and driven to resolve any issues
- Hebrew speaking is a plus
