A Cook II prepares all food items according to hotel recipes and standards. As a Cook II you proactively prioritize tasks to ensure a consistently high level of service and quality of food for our guests.
As a Cook II you will possess a complete understanding of the menu, recipes and presentations and are aware of potential food allergens in each dish.
You must have excellent organizational skills and show initiative with ability to work well in a team environment.
- Possess a Cook’s Training certificate from a High School, College or University is preferred
- Successful demonstration of high level culinary and food safety knowledge
