Candidates will have the opportunity to handle the day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney working specifically within the area of criminal law.

Minimum job qualifications:
● Currently licensed to practice law in Colorado.
● Criminal law experience: defending or prosecuting clients in various criminal cases including felonies, misdemeanors, DUI/DWI, drug offenses, and white-collar crimes.
● Experience with plea bargains, pre-trial motions, trials, and sentencing.
● Knowledge of Colorado Rules of Evidence & Procedure. Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure a plus.
● Very detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills.
● Ability to handle their own caseload.
● A high degree of initiative and mature judgment.
● First chair trial experience with a minimum of 5 trials.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000 per year

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000. The range is an
estimate, based upon employee qualifications and other considerations permitted
by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted
by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
