RailPros is seeking an individual who wants to be trained to be a Roadway Workers In Charge (RWICs) to protect and manage job sites. No Railroad experience needed. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge
- Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively with team and clients
- Flexibility to embrace a nomadic lifestyle while moving to different job locations
- Enjoyment of travel, as the job may require extended stays away from home
- Ability to pass random drug tests
- Clean background with no prior legal issues
- Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs.
