We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team to cover our Eastern Iowa and Southern Wisconsin territory. You will find a great balance of selling to a well-established territory and the excitement of adding new customers. This position joins Rainbo Oil at an exciting time, as we are kicking off our Hundred and One year in business!
The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, selling products, and providing top tier customer service. Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing new sales strategies to grow business.
- Building and maintaining relationships with all customers in your territory.
- Boost customer engagement and upsell products.
- Demonstrate the Core Values of Rainbo Oil.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry knowledge and trends.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year school (university or college) preferred, not required.
- 5 years relevant experience, with a preferred focus on outside sales in HD, Commercial, PCO and Industrial lubrication sales
- Preferred experience in the oil and gas industry
