Responsibilities/ job duties
- Respond to jobs and initiate water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation according to IICRC and Rainbow International standards in a timely manner.
- Proper setup of professional drying equipment.
- Monitor of drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials.
- Capable of performing detailed cleaning and structural demolition.
- Being part of a team

- Cleaning of personal items and structures

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and transportation required.
- Must pass criminal background.
- Basic knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
- Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
- Knowledge of technology (taking photos, iPad and navigating apps )
- Professional appearance and attitude is required.
- Since we are a 24 hour emergency service company, technician must be willing and able to work a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Effective oral communication within company and with customers
