Brewery Sales/Distribution

Company Description:

Established in 2012, Rainy Daze Brewing Company has been Dazing the Kitsap Peninsula with our award-winning brews for the past 12 years. We are a small brewery and taproom located in Poulsbo, WA, operating off a 7.5 BBL system. We are dedicated to the quality of our product, while brewing exceptional beers.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a positive attitude and is very passionate about craft brewing. We are looking for someone with a willingness to continue learning, would like to experience working with a fast-paced, enthusiastic team, while representing the Rainy Daze Brewing brand.

Description of Duties:

· Collect orders through servicing existing accounts and generating new accounts within the Puget Sound/Olympic Peninsula area.

· Managing inventory availability.

· Communicating needs to the brewery.

· Coordinating with drivers for deliveries of product.

Responsibilities:

· Daily in-person sales calls to on-premises and off-premises accounts.

· Weekly emailing, texting and calls of the fresh sheet communications with

all accounts.

· Weekly meeting with management to discuss sales strategies and available inventory and any upcoming events.

· Consistent communication with accounts to assess needs beyond current orders.

· Routinely retrieve empty kegs and make deliveries as needed.

· Promote new/seasonal beers and our overall brand recognition.

· Monitor inventory of stock to ensure beer is available for Rainy Daze Taproom and outside accounts.

· Communicate with driver to answer questions and assess route needs.

· Communicate with office manager to ensure correct pricing, invoicing, and payment methods.

· Maintain an up-to-date contact sheet for accounts and provide changes to office manager.

· Weekly in-person sales call to outside areas.

· Consistent generation of new accounts.

· Organizing and representation of Rainy Daze Brewing Company at special events, including wholesale accounts, beer festivals and industry events.

Requirements:

· Professional communication and people skills.

· Enthusiasm for craft brewing and the Rainy Daze Brewing brand.

· Organization and time management skills

· Written and verbal communication skills

· Clean Driving Record

· Able to lift heavy equipment

· Goal oriented and driven to improve

· Accountable and self-motivated

· Must be 21 years of age at time of application.

· Experience with outside sales in the craft brewing market, a plus.

· Beer knowledge of ingredients, processes, and sensory skills, a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
