What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Manager position at Raise?
Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking for a Corporate Manager with solid sales experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual who is able to handle the following responsibilities:
1) Provide visionary leadership to the Corporate Partnership Team, establishing clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence
2) Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and aligning individual goals with organizational objectives
3) Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
4) Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement team strategies aligned with overall corporate goals
5) Plan and execute team initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall team performance
6) Allocate resources within the team to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets
7) Work closely with HR and senior management to identify staffing needs, recruit top talent, and ensure a well-balanced and high-performing team
8) Facilitate open and transparent communication within the team and across departments
9) Identify training needs within the team and coordinate relevant training programmes to enhance skill sets
10) Collaborate with team members to establish individual and team performance metrics
11) Set challenging yet achievable goals, regularly assessing progress and adjusting strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded to meet department and company sales goals
12) Implement motivational strategies to boost team morale and maintain a positive work environment
13) Recognise and reward outstanding performance, fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition
14) Address conflicts within the team promptly and effectively, fostering a harmonious and collaborative work environment
15) Act as a mediator when necessary, encouraging open communication and resolution
16) Conduct internal business reviews to ensure management and field teams are aligned on strategy and execution
17) Reinforce consultative selling principles in daily fieldwork.
18) Manage current and future distributor business relationships and potentially get involved with future ventures
19) Monitor and enter all customer account activities and other sales data for current customers into the customer relationship management system, keeping it up to date
20) Maintain a close partnership with contracts and legal, spending at least a few days/quarter with office-based colleagues
21) Carry out managerial and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales
