Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
- medication reminder as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning individuals as needed
- Engage in activities that promote socialization and community integration
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals under your care
Experience:
- Previous experience in senior caregiving, or patient care is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
