The Team Coordinator is the invisible hand that keeps the store’s behind-the-scenes mission-critical activities on point. The impact of payroll, scheduling, communication, CBT’s, a master calendar, and assisting the Compliance Officer (ASTL) are crucial to supporting high standards and great morale. This role is critical to ensuring our store leadership team is able to focus on the more strategic elements of the business.
The Team Coordinator’s role is to support the store leaders and store team members in many of the administrative functions.- An excellent balance between people skills, communication, and efficiency are required to execute properly without creating avoidable problems.
- Not every day is perfect, and mistakes will happen, but the characteristics of servant leadership will assist the Coordinator in focusing on preserving relationships and finding solutions.

Keys in all department schedules
- Creates front end schedule
- Posts schedules
- Daily punch editing
- Create line grids
- Weekly payroll transmission
- Timeclock champion (communicates issues with STL and ASTL)
Outlook Calendar
STL Calendar
Schedules STL activities as needed
- Schedules TL activities as needed
- Onboarding and evaluations
Compliance Administration
ASTL (Compliance Officer)
Assists with NSF online corrective actions (input only)
- Monitors and assists with CBT compliance
E-Communication
Store Leadership Digest
- Store Leadership Hub memos
Prints and distributes Digest notifications for all related departments
- Prints and distributes Merchandising Memos
- Prints and distributes Visual Plan for all departments
- Prints and distributes emails for all departments
Qualifications:

- Experience with RTime
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong leadership skills; solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to successfully delegate and develop store team members
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest the highest standards of department conditions
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to champion new ideas and initiatives
- Strong plannning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated abilities in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
