Insurance CSR Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Insurance CSR Requirements:
- Property and Casualty License with a minimum of 1 year experience
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
