Position Description:
This is a M-F position for which the Sales Estimator will have the expectation of travelling throughout
Massachusetts and Rhode Island to conduct in-home customer evaluations (including small or dirt
spaces/basements). Identify and document foundation issues by taking proper measurements and photos to
present repair plan options and services. Duties will also include product presentations in preparation for
customer education, product knowledge and applications, documentation of lead status and follow up, along
with continuous networking and development of new business. Internally you will coordinate communications
with customers, supporting staff, and production teams, to assure customer satisfaction of projects
Essential Functions:
● Responsible for managing leads, sales funnel and awarded work pipeline.
● Become an expert with RamJack's Product Line and applications
● Take beginning photos and measurements of the foundation issues
● Visit sites to gather data related to preparing a proposals/estimates
● Create cost comparisons with historical data of similar projects.
● Generate cost estimates of residential foundation repair
● Monitor progress and scheduling of existing projects.
● Meet planned sales goals and targets
● Operate in the best interest of the company always
Qualifications:
● Detail oriented and good with numbers.
● Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
● Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and self motivate
● Basic construction knowledge
● 2 years experience as a Sales Estimator, preferably in the Construction Industry.
● Experience in customer relations management
● Computer-literate using portable computers and desktops
● Proficient with use of various computer programs such as CRM, Microsoft Office, ZOHO, etc
● MUST have Driver License with clean record of 3 years or more
● Must have reliable transportation
● Experience with Zip Levels and/or estimation software a plus
