HOTEL FRONT DESK REP (POSSIBILITY OF ADVANCEMENT FOR THE RIGHT PERSON)
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage registration process
Check guests in and out
Able to handle desposits for all rooms
Able to resolve any Guest situations
Print housekeeping daily boards and assign rooms to housekeepers
Able to work with Housekeeping Staff to enter clean/dirty vacant rooms
Book phone reservations as well as in person reservations
Able to follow Ramada guidelines
Assist guests in directing them to local shops and restaurants
Able to show Event Space to Clients on behalf of Corporate Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least two years Hotel Front Desk experience
Must have excellent guest service skills
Professional appearance and conduct
MUST HAVE Reliable transportation
SynXis experience preferred
This position is for alternating shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Warner Robins, GA 31093: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
