About the role
We are seeking an individual to add to our fast-paced and growing team to support our rapidly growing customer base. The individual that fills this position will excel using their own organization and time-management skills. In this role, the individual will manage customer(s) new store locations through the quoting, production, delivery and installation process.
Core Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and zoom
- Answer customer questions
- Solve issues in the field with installation or with deliveries
- Direct contact with customers regarding scheduling and changes of projects
- Estimate jobs from blue prints
- Write orders for specific jobs
- Manage inventory levels
- Organize incoming customer deposits for accounting
- Maintain and track jobs through the duration of the project for timeliness and accuracy
- Produce quality control sheets for product
- Assist and work side by side with Project Managers with day-to-day needs
- Material sourcing
- Quality control sheets
- Estimating
- Inventory management
- Field issues related to installation or shipping

Requirements
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- 3 years of experience with customer service (preferred)
- Basic cabinetry/woodworking knowledge (preferred)
- Blueprint reading skills required
- Computer literate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Above average with Excel skills specifically
- Proficient with Auto CAD
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
