Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals

- Collaborate with dealership partners to drive sales and support their needs
- Facilitate the scheduling of Service Department Appointments
- Lead a BDC Team, providing guidance, training, and motivation for success
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales BDC, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of retail sales operations and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective sales support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and presentations
