Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our Heavy team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles, equipment and large heavy trucks to designated locations. Must have atleast 2 years of previous towing experience and experience driving a road tractor with a landoll. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a heavy wrecker or flatbed to safely load, transport, and unload vehicles

- Maintain accurate records of each tow, including vehicle information, fuel and destination

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting stranded motorists and resolving conflicts in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A and medical card with a clean driving record

- Previous experience as a tow truck driver and or road tractor and landoll

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work quickly and efficently with attention to detail

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers

- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively

- Must be dependable and willing to rotate weekends for on call

- Must have atleast 2 years of verifiable experience

- Must be professional and have a great attitude

- Must have random drug tests required by DOT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
