What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient account representative position at Randolph Hospital?
Responsible for handling all aspects of patient collections and third party reimbursements. Corresponds with insurance companies when needed.
Strong communications, interpersonal time management, organizational skills. High level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy in interacting with patients, staff and insurance carriers.
Minimum of 3 years' experience with health care billing and / or follow-up, in an outpatient health care setting. Experience using a registration, billing and / or collection system required.
