Owner Operator Advantages:

  • Top drivers earn up to $223,000
  • Guaranteed $125,000 per year
    • For drivers who are OTR 27 days per month (82 days per quarter). One day = 5 hours
  • Weekly hometime opportunities
  • $2,000 signing bonus to all new hires!
  • 1.47 CPM FSC (calculated weekly)
  • All miles paid
    • 2 CPM for all assisted window loads
    • 2 CPM quarterly performance bonus (calculated on mileage run per quarter)
  • All stops paid
    • Stop pay: $30 per stop
    • Jobsite stops: $40 per stop
    • CA stop pay: $75 per stop
    • CA jobsite stops: $200 per stop
  • Detention/layover pay: $30 per hour (after the first hour)
    • After the second hour if under a brokered load
  • Weekend layover: $300
  • New York City/Long Island bonus: $100
  • Additional window load: $100


Owner Operator Requirements:

  • Stable Work History
  • 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Bobtail insurance
  • Physical damage insurance
  • Occupational insurance
  • Legal & operational truck
