Are you a detail-oriented and curious individual with a record of accomplishment in leading fraud and claims services? At Randstad, we are currently looking for a strong candidate for a Fraud Prevention Specialist - Analyst position in Tempe, AZ - ON-SITE. APPLY TODAY!!!
Shifts available:
- Sunday to Thursday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm AZ time
- Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm AZ time
shift: First
work hours: 11 AM - 7:30 PM
education: High` School
Responsibilities
- Candidates will be investigating and analyzing customer accounts, looking for fraudulent or unusual activity.
- If they spot unusual activity in an account they will reach out to the customer directly to confirm the transaction.
- Once a fraudulent activity is confirmed they will create a case for the scenario and pass the information off to a separate team.
- They will work out of a queue as suspicious activity comes in.
- They will only be making outbound calls to customers as there is another team that handles inbound calls. 10-20 outbound calls.
