QA and amp/ Testing Senior Analyst

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated QA and amp/ Testing Senior Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

• Provides help desk support to client and IT technical staff in resolving QA process or procedure questions and required documentation.

• Assists in the implementation of QA software and systems and the development of effective testing plans through consultation with clients and IT technical staff.

• Participates in the development of special testing requirements and procedures and in the review of new or modified QA software.

• May participate in the analysis and development of new or revised QA procedures and processes. May implement modifications to QA software.

• Completes day-to-day Quality Assurance & Testing tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.

• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

• Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Q&A job family. Assists in the preparation and conduct of Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new or modified applications/systems across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server).
