Responsibilities

• Pick/Organize/Move parts through production areas according to policy and procedures.
• In an accurate and timely manner, measure, weigh, count and record part information and quantities.
• Follow work instructions to pick and record required serial numbers and quantities.
• Complete Plex (ERP system) functions to ensure flow through production and update system critical data information.
• Use material moving equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to deliver or route products and materials to appropriate locations.
• Read work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain correct materials or containers to be moved and where they should be moved too.
• Sort and place materials/items on racks or shelves according to type. Stage containers, materials or products in assigned areas.
• Notify appropriate individuals of inventory issues (overages, shortages, substitutions).

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Order Filling (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Order Picking (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Order Pulling (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Order Fulfillment (1 year of experience is preferred)
