Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty.
• Answering and directing telephone calls and conveying messages.
• Ability to learn and navigate through various customer portals
• Assist the execution of customer forms and certifications as required
• Preparing specific customer letters and documents as directed
• Assist preparing commercial invoices and ability to review export documentation as directed
• Support sales marketing efforts including trade shows and PowerPoint presentations
