In search of a highly skilled Billing guru for a company in Rutherford County. A qualified candidate will have 3 years' experience creating invoices, BOL's, and handling freight and service billing on a weekly and monthly basis. Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel is required, as is the ability to stay focused and detailed amidst distractions.
salary: $21 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School
Responsibilities
- Communicate with warehouse team about order status
- Create customer invoices
- Research invoice discrepancies
- Create documentation for international shipments; manage freight claims for lost and damaged shipments
- Create new vendor records for the AP team
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
Skills
- Billing (3 years of experience is required)
- Invoices (3 years of experience is required)
- Creating freight claims
- MS Excel
Qualifications
- Years of experience: 3 years
- Experience level: Experienced
